MEET THE BUILDER
Meet Mark
Based in Utah, Mark brings more than 35 years of hands-on construction experience to Just Right Tiny Homes. He began working in construction as a teenager and started his first residential framing company at just 21. Since then, his work has included starter homes, large custom residences, remodeling, decks, timber work, woodworking, and general contracting throughout the Wasatch Front and surrounding areas. Today, Mark continues to operate a construction company with his son, Tyler.
Mark founded Just Right Tiny Homes after seeing his own children and others struggle to find practical, sustainable housing options. He believes smaller homes should be built with the same care, structural knowledge, and long-term standards as larger custom homes.
Why Just Right Tiny Homes
Mark founded the company after watching his own children and others struggle to find housing that felt attainable, sustainable, and appropriate for their needs. He saw an opportunity to build smaller homes differently: not as disposable structures or scaled-down products, but as real homes constructed with care.
